About Us
Colori del Vino was born from a simple idea: wine doesn’t need to be complicated to be interesting.
The name means “the colours of wine,” but it carries more than just a visual reference. Every colour, for us, represents a story, a grape, a region, a person. Every workshop and every event we organise takes on a different tone, shaped by the audience, the theme, the place and the moment.
Wine is never just a product. It’s culture, emotion, and experience, constantly evolving.
Colori del Vino is a platform for wine education, workshops, events, and creative consultancy.
We collaborate with distributors, hospitality professionals, and wineries on wine strategies, from designing wine lists and brand positioning, to team training and building meaningful marketing narratives with real value.
We don’t offer generic solutions. Every collaboration is tailored to specific needs, audiences, and market contexts. Because wine doesn’t live in PowerPoint slides , it lives on tables, in glasses, and in conversation.
Alongside consulting, we also lead wine workshops and events with enthusiasm and care, in Zagreb and the UK, for corporate clients, private groups, and anyone genuinely curious about wine.
In short? Colori del Vino is a blend of expertise and spontaneity. A space where things are done professionally and without forgetting why we fell in love with wine in the first place.

Mirela Sorić
I didn’t step into the world of wine thinking it would become my profession.
What started as a personal interest through travel, research, reading, tasting and a lot of questions, gradually evolved into a career path.
Today, I work as a freelance wine consultant and educator. I hold the WSET Level 3 qualification and am a certified Italian Wine Ambassador through the Vinitaly International Academy. But my education doesn’t stop there, in this field, learning is ongoing. It happens through people, wines, regions, and ever changing markets.
As a consultant, I collaborate with distributors, restaurants, and wineries, helping them shape their wine lists, develop their offerings, build brand identity, and train their teams. Every project is approached individually, with a clear understanding of the client’s specific context and goals.
In addition to consulting, I organise original wine workshops and events in Zagreb and the UK. These are evenings focused on wine, but also on conversation, connection, and shared experience.
What Are Colori del Vino Workshops Like?
Sometimes we go the classic route, Tuscany, Burgundy, style comparisons, vertical tastings, or well known grape varieties, and we approach those with structure, context, and solid information behind every glass.
But more often, I take a different direction.
I enjoy highlighting what you won’t typically find on every wine list, labels that are less familiar, small regions that deserve more attention, and wines that can surprise just as much, if not more.
Countries that rarely get the spotlight, like England, Portugal, and others, often play a central role.
These workshops are designed for small groups, to ensure space for personal experience, questions, and meaningful conversation.
The atmosphere is relaxed, but the content is clear and methodical. The goal isn’t to impress with terminology, but to offer knowledge that stays with you ,whether you’re tasting at home, working in hospitality, or simply looking to better understand what’s in your glass.
They’re made for anyone who wants to learn more , whether you’re just stepping into the world of wine, building on what you already know, or simply looking to enjoy a good evening with purpose.
